New Dallas franchisee sees the health-focused café as more than a food destination—building relationships that support healthier lifestyles, local businesses and the community
DALLAS, Texas — September 2026 — As Guy Grantham prepares to open Toastique at The Shops at Park Lane, his business vision extends well beyond serving gourmet toast, smoothies, smoothie bowls, cold-pressed juices and coffee.
He wants Toastique at Park Lane to become a local wellness resource and community partner.
“My vision is for Toastique to be known as much for supporting wellness in our community as we are for the food and drinks we serve,” said Grantham. “Healthy living doesn’t happen in one place. It involves what we eat, how we move, where we work and the people and organizations we surround ourselves with.”
That philosophy is shaping how Grantham plans to introduce Toastique to Dallas.
Building a Local Wellness Network
Toastique at Park Lane is actively looking to establish relationships with fitness and yoga studios, running clubs, schools and universities, apartment communities, healthcare organizations, corporate wellness programs and other businesses that share an interest in healthier lifestyles.
Those partnerships could include community events, wellness programs, employee initiatives, resident benefits, healthy catering, cross-promotions, sampling opportunities and other creative collaborations.
“Our goal isn’t to simply ask another business to promote Toastique,” Grantham said. “We want to create partnerships where we can promote and support each other while bringing something valuable to the people we collectively serve.”
Investing in the Dallas Community
Opening Toastique at Park Lane also represents a local investment. The new restaurant will create jobs, purchase goods and services from area businesses and introduce another growing franchise concept to the Dallas market.
For Grantham, North Texas offered the right combination of business growth, active lifestyles, corporate activity, universities, healthcare, residential development and community connectivity to support his long-term vision.
The Shops at Park Lane provides a particularly strong home for that strategy because people already come to the area to live, work, shop, dine, exercise and gather.
More Than a Place to Eat
Grantham ultimately wants Toastique at Park Lane to become a place where healthy food and meaningful community connections come together.
“Of course, we want people to love our food,” Grantham added. “But I also want someone to think of Toastique when their company is planning a wellness initiative, when a fitness studio wants to reward its members, when an apartment community is hosting a resident event, or when a local organization wants to encourage healthier choices.”
Toastique at Park Lane is currently welcoming conversations with Dallas-area businesses, schools, universities, fitness organizations, residential communities and corporate wellness leaders interested in exploring local partnerships.
Toastique at Park Lane will be located at 8060 Park Lane N., Suite B116, Dallas, TX 75231, at The Shops at Park Lane. Grand Opening details will be announced soon.
